In line with this, it;
meets the requirements of contemporary, technical and scientific methods and standards as well as national legislations,
sets and keeps under control the risks concerning safety and health at work in all processes starting from designing stage, including emergencies,
provides all of its employees with periodic trainings on safety and health at work,
aims at developing with trainings its employees' levels of knowledge on the tasks that they conduct and increasing the morale and motivation up to the highest level,
documents the works on safety and health at work within the framework of Total Quality Management and continually reviews them.
