Öztüre Company was founded by Mithat Öztüre in Bergama Yayaköy as a partnership company on March 28th 1952.
1957
Öztüre, which started its lime production with a capacity of 30 tones per month, expanded its production capacity to 145 tones per month in a very short time of 5 years with the kilns that it put into operation one after another.
1976
With the new kilns put into operation, Öztüre's production capacity was increased to 30 tones per day.
1980
Öztüre's production capacity reached 80 tones per day.
1985
Öztüre, which was a partnership company, continued its activities as a joint stock company as of this year.
1991
Kimtaş A.Ş. and Urla Factory were purchased from Çimentaş A.Ş.
1992
Partnership agreement was signed with the Belgian firm Carmeuse Group.
1992
Muğla Lime Factory was bought from the Special Provincial Administration of Muğla. Hence, the lime production capacity of the Group was augmented to 820 tones per day.
1992
Isparta Lime Factory joined Öztüre Lime Group.
1993
The Group realized its first exportation.
1995
With the capacity expansion realized in Bergama factory, the Group's production capacity was augmented to 1100 tones per day.
1996
The Research and Development department was established.
1996
Production of Calne Aglime was commenced.
1998
Production of high quality industrial group products was commenced.
2000
Production of construction chemicals was commenced.
2001
With the acquisition of Trakya Lime Factory, the Group's production capacity increased to 1450 tones per day.
2003
Bartın and Kırşehir Factories were purchased by Öztüre Lime Group.
2003
With the establishment of Torbalı Lime Factory, the production capacity reached 2650 tones per day.
2005
Production of Caldez barn and poultry lime was commenced.

2007
The Partnership between Öztüre Holding and Carmeuse Group has changed its form.
